Moonshine Mojitos Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 oz of Vintage Shine Holy Water Wheated Moonshine
  • 1 oz light rum
  • 1⁄2 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1⁄2 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1⁄2 oz simple syrup
  • 5-6 fresh mint leaves
  • Splash of club soda
  • Lime wedge and mint sprig for garnish
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, gently muddle the mint leaves with the simple syrup.
  2. Add the moonshine, rum, lemon juice, and lime juice. Fill shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
  3. Double strain into a chilled Collins glass filled with fresh ice.
  4. Top with a splash of club soda and stir gently.
  5. Garnish with a lime wedge and mint sprig.
